ELECTION RESULTS Board renewed 2020 AGM - invitation Due to the postponement of our annual meeting and the persistent uncertainty caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, we need to organise our 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) as a virtual meeting. We hereby invite you the 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) as per §14 of the Constitution (articles of association) of our society. The AGM will take place VIRTUALLY via ZOOM on Wednesday 16 September 2020 at 9am CET. The following agenda is proposed:

You will need to sign into the zoom call so we can collect the list of participants in lieu of sign-up sheet. The minutes will be written by Gaelle Jamar.
