2020 AGM - invitation

Due to the postponement of our annual meeting and the persistent uncertainty caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, we need to organise our 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) as a virtual meeting.
 
We hereby invite you the 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) as per §14 of the Constitution (articles of association) of our society.
 
The AGM will take place VIRTUALLY via ZOOM on Wednesday 16 September 2020 at 9am CET. 

The following agenda is proposed:

1. Opening and welcome
2. Confirmation of the agenda
3. Approval of the Minutes of the AGM of 23 October 2019
4. ESGCT Board: confirmation of the election of the executive board
5. e-Schools and e-Seminars: High level stats
6. Report of the Treasurer: 2019 accounts
7. Discharge of the Management Board and formal approval of the 2019 accounts
8. Report of the President
9. AOB

 
Please send any additions to the agenda in writing with a justification no later than Monday 14 September 2020.
 
Please note you can view the ESGCT Constitution (articles of association) here. 

You will need to sign into the zoom call so we can collect the list of participants in lieu of sign-up sheet. The minutes will be written by Gaelle Jamar.
