Paid-up and active members of either ISSCR or SFTCG will be able to register to the congress at the reduced member rate.

Please note your ISSCR or SFTCG membership will have to be current and paid. 

To receive the member rate for the congress, you will have to FIRST register for ESGCT membership, and at check-out use the following code:

• ISSCR members use ISSCR18
• SFTCG members use SFTCG18

using this code will make your membership invoice '0'. Make sure you register for the type correct for you: student, academic, or industry. 

You can then continue to register for the congress, the system will show you the relevant reduced member rate. 

During the congress registration process, you will be asked to submit your ISSCR or SFTCG membership number so this can be validated.

The 2018 Molecular Mingle 

Our delegate networking events have become a staple of our meetings, allowing for a fun and exciting environment in which to meet with your colleagues and friends. With our annual 'Molecular Mingle' we bring together what we feel is the best cultural representation of our host city and country, in terms of ambiance, entertainment, and most importantly: food!

The Molecular Mingle 2018 takes place in the wonderful Olympic Museum, where you will be able to view and explore the rich history of the sporting event that brings together the world. 

       

The 2018 Congress will be held in the SwissTech Convention Center, a state of the art conference venue located between the lake and mountains.
SwissTech has a focus on innovation and sustainability. The bright open spaces in the venue are ideal for meeting new and old friends and colleagues.

Travelling to Lausanne?

By Plane
Lausanne is easily reached from Geneva (45 minutes) and Zurich (2.5 hours) airports by train.
Trains to Lausanne depart approximately every 15 minutes from both airports.

By Train
The Swiss Federal Rail System handles and operates the trains to Lausanne.
Every half hour, everyday, there are trains coming in from Zurich, Berne, Geneva, Neuchatel, Brig and St.Gallen.
Trains also come in from Paris, Venice and Milan.

By Car
The SwissTech Convention Center is 2 minutes away from the highway exit “Lausanne Sud, UNIL-EPFL”.
There are 400 public parking spaces 5 minutes away walking from the STCC.

Travel within Lausanne
SwissTech is 10 minutes from the centre of Lausanne on the M1 metro, which runs every 5 minutes.
The Lausanne Transport Card gives you free access to public transport and is distributed in all hotels in Lausanne.
